Initial Contact and Consultation
After initial contact, SEQ Builders schedule a site visit to understand your requirements. Provide as much information as you can, so we can arrange a suitable consultation time.
Site Visit
Tradesmen, not salesmen will discuss your ideas and potential designs. Tap into their expertise and ask questions. Our SEQ Builders tradesmen advise you on the ideal way to use and how to allocate your budget. Pictures and videos are taken, enabling us to produce an accurate, detailed Scope of Works.

Design and Drafting
If required, SEQ Builders design plans for your referral and council submission.
Quote and Acceptance
Within a week of our visit, your quote and Scope of Works should be returned. Your tradesman addresses queries. Upon accepting the quote, you receive a contract, potential start date, and project timeline.

Insurance/Approval
After contracts are signed and deposits paid, SEQ Builders organise QBCC insurance and confirm a start date. If council approval is required, allow 2-6 weeks before date approval.
Schedule Works/Project Plan
A commencement date will be arranged and a project plan put in place to ensure the project runs smoothly. Materials and other sub trades will be engaged.

Construction
You will meet our skilled team and we will inform you of progress, and will be on hand to answer any queries. The initial builder who met you will be coordinating the build.
Project Sign Off
SEQ Builders take you through the final product to ensure it meets your requirements. We take final photos and listen to feedback. You may request additional renovation work, which we will scope out. Certification will be organised.
